Great service and value. The rental was clean and what we needed. I don't get reliable free upgrades with other rental places and do not see a need to pay for a nice rental while on vacation. The rental was great at fitting in with the local traffic and didn't scream "tourist" so I felt better with personal belongings left in the vehicle while we were at the beach. We specifically scheduled a pickup outside of the airport to avoid the parking fee upon pickup, but we were told they cannot do that on Sundays. We shouldn't have been able to request that through reservations, but it somehow slipped by. We still had to pay $15 to drive out of the airport with the car. That's why it's a four and not a five star review. Otherwise, everything was great.

Service was excellence. What a convenience. I’ll never go to the car rental place anymore after this experience. You may not get a brand new car but why stand out like a tourist and better yet car runs. May have some scratches but nothing embarrassing and you don’t have to wait in lines, fill out long paperwork and your all set even before you land. Best rental car experience ever! Sandy is super sweet and always available and helpful!!

The best rental car company ever. No lines, no shuttle, no waiting. Come out of airport, walk across the street to the parking lot, find your car, open it and drive away. Same thing for returns in reverse. Good clean cars and cheap! Best find ever. I wouldn’t go with another company ever again. Never in all our travels have we have such a smooth experience when renting a car. THE BEST.

My wife and I rented a car when we visited this week. Most amazing customer service and very accommodating! We realized our flight left later and they were able to let us keep it for the rest of the day so we could enjoy our time. So thankful! The pick up and drop off was also super easy!! Would definitely recommend. 😀
