Mark Decker7/06/2019What a great deal at Go Rent a Car Maui. We searched for a 7 person vehicle and founded Go Rent a Car Maui by accident and what a find it was. If your looking for a brand-new car go to the other rental companies, but if you want to SAVE 2/3's of your money by renting with Go Rent a Car Maui this is the place for you. The 7 person van we rented was great, some light Rickie Bob scrapes and bruises but ran great and had Ice Cold Air. The pick up and drop off process was simple and quick. We walked right across the street, loaded up the van and off we went.
No stopping at a rental car office and waiting in that long line to be helped. Just get in and go in minutes.
This was my first time utilizing Go Rent a Car Maui and it won't be my last. We saved $900 by using them for our 10 day rental.

They drop a car at the airport for you that you just go and get from visitors parking. No trolly no long lines. You get your luggage you walk out and 5 minutes later you’re on your way. The vehicles are not new but I don’t care. They’re well maintained and easy on the pocket book. I want to look like a local instead of a tourist. We rented a minivan (Toyota Sienna) it was a little older with some miles and a few scratches, but I felt it was mechanically very well taken care of and safe. This was especially great because we rented the car with a car seat which was already installed when we picked up the car. I don't get reliable free upgrades with other rental places and do not see a need to pay for a nice rental while on vacation. The rental was great at fitting in with the local traffic and didn't scream "tourist" so I felt better with personal belongings left in the vehicle while we were at the beach. We specifically scheduled a pickup outside of the airport to avoid the parking fee upon pickup, but we were told they cannot do that on Sundays. We shouldn't have been able to request that through reservations, but it somehow slipped by. We still had to pay $15 to drive out of the airport with the car. That's why it's a four and not a five star review. Otherwise, everything was great.read moreread less
