No lines, no need to call anyone, or waiting on anything. The car we got took us all around Maui with no issues. It was also an easy process to add an additional driver. The car came with some wear and tear but that's to be expected. It still drove well and didn't look beat up. The insides were clean as well.We didn't talk to customer service much on the island, as we didn't have issues. But when asking questions before hand they were very responsive.
