They drop a car at the airport for you that you just go and get from visitors parking. No trolly no long lines. You get your luggage you walk out and 5 minutes later you’re on your way. The vehicles are not new but I don’t care. They’re well maintained and easy on the pocket book. I want to look like a local instead of a tourist. Not only did I get a reliable and affordable car, I also received great customer service from Sandee as well as convenient and efficient pick-up and drop-off. It was so easy to communicate with Sandee through text messaging instead of waiting to be answered by a fake representative like most big name car rentals. The car was waiting for me in the airport parking lot when I arrived with easy to follow instructions on pick-up and drop-off. The car was older so it came with a great price and it didn't look like a typical tourist rental so I liked that a lot, especially being local. AC worked great during this summer heat and I never had any complications with the vehicle. Aside from the usual wear and tear, it was in great condition. I never experienced such a wonderful and easy process when renting a vehicle from other companies.
