This company makes picking up the car so easy, only minutes after landing at the airport in Maui. Walk a few steps and you’re ready to roll. In the past I’ve always had to travel on a shuttle to go to the rental car company and then wait in lines, get a sales pitch on upgrading my rental and wait over an hour until I leave with my car!! The rental was clean and what we needed. I don't get reliable free upgrades with other rental places and do not see a need to pay for a nice rental while on vacation. The rental was great at fitting in with the local traffic and didn't scream "tourist" so I felt better with personal belongings left in the vehicle while we were at the beach. We specifically scheduled a pickup outside of the airport to avoid the parking fee upon pickup, but we were told they cannot do that on Sundays. We shouldn't have been able to request that through reservations, but it somehow slipped by. We still had to pay $15 to drive out of the airport with the car.
