Our cancellation policy is simple: cancellation is free outside of 5 days from your scheduled arrival date and time.
If you cancel within the 5-day window, the cancellation fee is 30% of your reservation total before tax. For example, if your reservation total is $1,000.00 and you cancel within 5 days of your arrival, your cancellation fee is $300.
You can cancel online in under a minute using our Cancel Reservation page.
No-Shows
Unconfirmed reservation cancellations (“no-shows”) are subject to a full price charge. Renters will be charged for all rental days until Makoa Rental Car Maui is notified of the cancellation. The renter also agrees to pay a cancellation fee on the remaining rental days, as well as a $15 parking fee.
