When your hands are to the earth you are always full

Discover Maui’s Abundant Harvest

When your hands are to the earth, you are always full.

Before the first rooster wakes and greets the day with the music of his crow, prior to the first glimmer of the sun’s beams over Haleakala, and just ahead of the bustling traffic headed over the Pali, Maui’s farmers have their hands in the rich soil tending to the crops of the island.

A Rainbow of Flavors Awaits

The harvest is a rainbow of abundance. From the deepest hues of purple eggplant to the sun-kissed gold of Maui’s pineapples and the deep rainforest green of the avocados still glistening with the morning dew as they peak out just below the leaves of the tree they grow on, the array of flavor that awaits you is beyond imaginable.

Dragon fruit and coconut are crops that are not only abundant on Maui but intriguing as well. From the bright pink glow of the dragon fruit to the stark white meat of the coconut, your taste buds are in for a spectacular treat. The taste of a crisp and sweet Maui onion from the local farm stand cannot be replicated. Papaya that yields such sweetness and flavor that you need nothing but a spoon to enjoy. Farm-fresh lavender that can be used in baking, cooking, and health & wellness is at your fingertips. Strawberries, bananas, corn, sugar cane, mango… a cornucopia of splendor and richness grows on this beautiful island.

Experience Maui’s Culinary Adventures

The cultivation of crops yielded on Maui brings an array of adventures in dining only explainable after experiencing.
