We rented a minivan (Toyota Sienna) it was a little older with some miles and a few scratches, but I felt it was mechanically very well taken care of and safe. Not only did I get a reliable and affordable car, I also received great customer service from Sandee as well as convenient and efficient pick-up and drop-off. The car was waiting for me in the airport parking lot when I arrived with easy to follow instructions on pick-up and drop-off.
